Professional Services provides a JumpStart package for new customers. JumpStart is a blend of Strategic and Tactical Tasks to guide customers to an optimal Data Warehouse while producing immediate and continuous “wins” using the Greenplum Database.

Technical Account Management:
- Provide a consistent, long-term point of customer contact
- Manage deployments with Customer
- Act as escalation and coordination point for issues
- Identify and execute on which resources to bring in when
- Educate on new Greenplum Features relevant to customer environment
- Act as Customer Champion within Greenplum: bridge Installation Engineering, Platform Engineering, Sales, Training, Support, Professional Services, Engineering and Product Management.
